In the designated Hub times there should be someone designated by the Hub leadership team in the hub area to welcome people and answer questions. There probably will not be an activity in every hour of the designated Hub times. That's fine! But there should be someone who is the contact person available to meet and talk to. They could be working on other things or studying, but still be available to talk to.
