It is possible that lots of people want to join in a group or an activity all at the one time. It's best if we can know beforehand when Uni Bible Group students are considering coming to a hub group. In this case we can probably cater by starting new groups. If there are lots of people who join a hub activity, the leadership team will have a plan and strategies so that the groups and activities don't swamp the space they're in.
