For funding, 2 things are needed, 2 weeks in advance. This is because the university needs time to evaluate the request and then confirm our application, which all needs to happen PRIOR to money being spent.
The 2 things required are:
- A short paragraph detailing what the funding is for, things you will need, and any other relevant info
- An excel spreadsheet detailing the individual funding breakdown for the different components of the thing.
Once you have completed both things, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing your request with the paragraph, and attach the spreadsheet. The treasurer will contact you further if more action is required, and when the funding has been approved.
