The Follow up role on the Hub team is important for ministering quickly and with care to people that we meet in the Hubs. The Follow Up coordinator serves the Hub Leaders Team by helping the team follow up contacts by: 

  • Keeping track of each person in your hub or who joins in your hub activities.
  • The follow up of a contact, ie who and how (eg call, arrange 1 to 1, invite to group) can be worked out within the hub team. The follow up coordinator keeps track of this to make sure no one ‘falls through the cracks’
  • The follow up coordinator needs to keep up to date records of the follow up as it is possible for students to change hub groups. So coordinators from each hub need to communicate with each other and keep the database up to date.
