The running of each Bible Talk will be the responsibility of one Hub each day. The hub on that day will need to organise welcoming, bible reading, MCs, pray-ers etc. They can organise the Bible Talk in their Hub leadership team. However, the Hub won't promote the Bible Talk they run as THE Bible Talk for their Hub.

The leadership teams responsible for Bible Talks are:

• Tuesday - Ocean Hub
• Wednesday - Mountain Hub
• Thursday - City Hub

The Bible Talks are running on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays of semester, 12:30-1:30. The location will be determined at the beginning of each semester. Anyone in any Hub, or in no Hub, can come to any Bible Talk on any day. The Bible Talks are not FOR any particular Hub.

The residential college team are responsible to run the residential college ministry. The Hub that each residential college is connected with should work very closely to help resource, pray for and support the college leadership team. However, the Hubs are not responsible to oversee the residential colleges or plan and make the decisions for the college ministry.

Hub leadership teams will need to communicate with each other. Most of this will be regarding people in hubs, eg moving from one hub to another. This is the same person who is responsible for follow up of contacts in their Hub. It's recommended that those in the Hub Follow-Up role use Messenger to communicate with the other Hub Follow-Up people.

Meeting people in other Hubs will be part of the fun of Hubs. A student in Uni Bible Group who wants to bring a friend to Uni Bible Group should invite them to their Hub. If there's a group in another Hub that suits their friend better then there are a few options. Both students could join the other Hub, or the student already in Uni Bible Group could take their friend to the other Hub but remain involved in their own Hub. If the student in Uni Bible Group is a leader or has responsibilities in the first hub then they should talk this over with their Hub leaders.

Each Hub will run its groups and activities in one or a few spaces in its area of the uni. Some of these will be inside and others outside. They will be people-focussed rather than activity-focussed. Each hub activity will be coordinated by someone who is looking out to welcome people in. Ideally, each Hub will have a visible contact person, designated by helpful signage, where people will be welcomed and directed to an appropriate group or activity. Sometimes there won't be a group or activity suitable or available in which case the contact person can suggest one of the other hubs.

It is possible that lots of people want to join in a group or an activity all at the one time. It's best if we can know beforehand when Uni Bible Group students are considering coming to a hub group. In this case we can probably cater by starting new groups. If there are lots of people who join a hub activity, the leadership team will have a plan and strategies so that the groups and activities don't swamp the space they're in.
